Then from there you can double and triple to get the weight of resistance you need. If you need 100 lbs no problem. I love the cloth over the bands so it doesn’t pull out your hair and I have to say our favorite feature is the door attachment. The only gripe I have is I wish it came with some directions or a dvd workout. 😀
